On the terrace to the side of the main house, this gite (ground and first floor) adorned with French windows gives you a breathtaking view of the ancient church and Rue De Pont itself. The gite is spacious enough for a large family gathering or just a get together with friends for some quality time. It’s a perfect setting for a holiday with BBQ on the terrace and an added benefit of an optional ground floor bedroom (with an access door leading directly to it). The front door leads into a long corridor which has a storage unit, a fridge and a toilet to one side. A flight of stairs leads into the Kitchen, dining and a lounge area. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances for cooking, as well as washing and ironing clothes. The dining area has a large sideboard with a cocktail cabinet and extra chairs can be arranged for when the ground floor bedroom is also in use. There is a double convertible settee which makes a comfortable bed for use. Leading from the kitchen area is a separate bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. A separate shower room is also present which is accessible from the kitchen area too. The ground floor bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a single bed and a single sofa bed, along with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. A toaster, coffee maker, kettle along with associated crockery, and a CD player are also provided for your use. The ground floor bedroom is purely optional and if not required, a 20% reduction on the quoted rates is applied.
